The “How to” is easy! Do you have the “want to”?
Why am I writing this book and giving it away free? I’ve asked myself that many times as I am thoroughly convinced that there is plenty of information out there already. You see the “how to” is the easy part. I have studied, researched and implemented the processes and best practices that I capture in the following pages. They work. That’s a fact.
That is not the issue. The real issue is the "want to" of the business owner that is lacking.
With all the issues and problems they deal with everyday it is hard for them to see how they could possibly have the time and energy to implement these plans and processes.
There are lot’s reasons and excuses not to. Time, money, resources. I’ve tried that. It won’t work in my business. My industry is different, etc. I’ve heard them all.
