The top can be a lonely place, especially when you're confronted with the "make or break" issues that impact your company's strategic direction and operations. Many business leaders feel like they have no one to turn to as they address these challenges. Going it alone means that decisions are made without outside advice, input and information.

The Dream Team Mastermind Group is designed to provide you with the support you need. It's a sounding board of 8 trusted peers from non-competing businesses of similar size who gather every month to share experiences, candidly solve issues and brainstorm ideas. Participants will have reliable support they can count on, in an open, confidential forum that's built on a foundation of mutual trust.

We want to make sure you receive practical knowledge and timely advice on the issues that you need help with.  A trained facilitator will help identify key issues and keep the group on track. As a fellow business leader and advisor/coach, he'll ensure that participants get the most out of every meeting.

There's tremendous value in a peer-level support network that provides you with objective feedback and practical advice. Meeting on a regular basis, once per month, you'll build closer relationships, accelerate your learning process, and make faster, more informed decisions. With an assist from your fellow business leaders, those imposing issues can suddenly become much more manageable.

Sample Meeting Agenda

Here is an example of the type of agenda that would be used for a monthly meeting. Each meeting would last 4 hours.:

Time Minutes Discussion Topics/Activity
4:00 5 minutes Socialize/Get settled
4:05 8@ 3 minutes Share contributions
- Articles, Books, Resources
4:30 30 minutes

Presentation of the focus issue
- Topics selected by group, appropriate to all
5:00 8@ 15 minutes

Each member: 

  1. Wins, challenges since last meeting
  2. What you have accomplished (goals) since the last meeting?
  3. What are you working on?
  4. What goals do you commit to reach by next meeting?
  5. How can the group help you achieve those goals?                     
7:00 60 minutes

Light dinner will be served as:

  • Group votes and selects 2 “Asks”  
    for feedback and/or help.
  • Spend 25 minutes brainstorming 
    each one or
  • Break into two groups and discuss for full
    40 minutes with 10 minute updates to full group
8:00 10 minutes Postmortum Meeting

Note: Each member will keep a Member’s Goal Chart for each meeting documenting their committed goals, target dates and completion dates. Meeting minutes will be kept by the facilitator and sent to all members after the meeting via email.
