The audiences included formal programs at Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at UB, Canisius’ Women’s Business Center, an industrial company from Portland, Oregon for their 150 independent distributors and to local Chamber of Commerce Members. "I would like to thank you on behalf of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Education & Development Committee... The feedback we have been receiving from our attendees is extremely positive.
...had relevance to every small business owner in attendance and you delivered it with a true sense of desire to impart knowledge to help our members, without “commercials”. I especially appreciated the humor you used which punctuated your key points; very effective. I would highly recommend you to anyone responsible for delivering an informative, attention grabbing speaker to an audience of business owners."

"I recently engaged Rick to come and present to my 2001 alumni class from the UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Rick’s topic on “Lies that are holding back your business” was enlightening and extremely relevant. Speaking to a group of entrepreneurs is a daunting task at the least. We are demanding in that we want to come away from a session with tangible things we can implement in our own businesses. Rick was able to accomplish that task while at the same time keeping his presentation precise and engaging all those in attendance. Questions and comments that often come from “left field” were handled in a manner that supported the information being presented. Rick’s willingness to share his own lessons learned, good and bad, from his 30+ years in corporate America brought validity to his message. All in attendance agreed it was time well spent."
- David E Reichard, President, Gas Technology Energy Concepts LLC
"I recently attended a Next Level Coaching Presentation entitled "Lies that are Holding Your Business Back" and found the information presented to be not only interesting, but informative and accurate. Although the presentation was directed to small business owners, I found the information that Rick Wallace presented able to cross over and be applicable to large, multi-layered organizations as well. I took away many good ideas from his talk and would highly recommend Rick to other organizations."
