After spending 12 hours reading the book and watching his videos and webinars, I am convinced he has a better and much more effective process for hiring, coaching, motivating sales people and a sales process that is based on science and the way people buy, not the way we have all been taught to sell. I’m convinced because he actually has scientific studies that back it all up.
